Up with Key to Your Heart Cases Key
to Your Heart cases are available from the
Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation for a
$20.00 donation. Used for giving to a
special someone or as a special thank you, the
heart-shaped metal cases are gold tone and
enamel, studded and topped with a blue
butterfly. They come with three distinct
keys inside that declare your friendship and
love. With the “E” key you are giving
your friend an errand, the “C” key is a
reminder that you will perform a chore and the
“Heart” key signifies your love.
The
cases are shipped to you in a white-satin-lined
3” square box made of light aqua handmade
paper with a self-bow in complimentary light
celery. Both the box and the heart case
are inscribed with the HPNF logo. See a
photo on the HPNF website, www.hpnf.org. These
gifts were very popular at Annual Assembly where
people exclaimed the Web photo did not capture
the essence of the heart cases.
Some who ordered at the assembly are
already placing repeat orders!
Orders can be placed online or by calling
HPNF at 412-787-9301.
